TO OUR CUSTOMERS :

We agree with you to establish relationships of trust, transparency, confidentiality.

Our approach is subject to all necessary means, it is our responsibility to implement all the means contractually agreed to maximize the success of the mission.

We operate on the basis of a written proposal which restates  your needs, defines the content and modalities of the mission and specifies the methodology used and the contractual conditions.

We only accept assignments which we feel in conscience to match our training and our abilities.

We comply with an undertaking of confidentiality, truth and transparency, we are prohibited from using the information we receive for other purposes that the success of the mission.

We keep you informed of developments in the mission.

We implement validated Methods that we control and which are guarantees of seriousness, efficiency and objectivity.

We focus on the interview techniques, integral tool of evaluation.
When we employ sub-contractors, we ensure that they comply with the rules of this charter.

We judge our candidates that under skills and behaviors in relation to the job Position .

Our assessments are made in reference to a specific need, they are limited to the relevance of applications.

We give you a refund oral or written evaluation of candidates.

We help you and the candidate to reach a mutual understanding of the components of your decision.

We bring you, at least during the probationary period, the monitoring required to ensure integration.

We observe the rules of fair competition in respect of our colleagues.

We aim to constantly improve the quality of our technical and professional competence of all members of our firm

TO OUR CANDIDATES:

We agree with you to establish relationships of trust, transparency, confidentiality.

We refuse to transmit to third, your resume, if you are not volunteer  candidate.

We keep you informed of follow up in the mission.

We inform you of the nature of assessment techniques that we use.

We exercise our profession in respect of fundamental rights of human beings. We are particularly respectful of the privacy and do not practice the principle of ethnic, social, trade union, sexual, political, religious, age, on disability.

If you ask, we give you a refund comprehensive oral or written, the assessment that we have communicated to our client.

We receive no compensation from you.
